In alignment with global environmental guidelines and ESG standards, SHONELEA has completed a major green manufacturing upgrade across its production facilities.

Operating a massive 110,000-square-meter manufacturing base, we have successfully replaced traditional painting lines with state-of-the-art, low-emission powder coating lines. This advanced technology is entirely free of hazardous solvents, significantly reducing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and protecting both our workers and the local environment. Additionally, our automated laser cutting systems have been optimized to maximize steel utilization, ensuring that 100% of steel scraps are collected for industrial recycling.
